the Call for Papers for the 10th HiMOS Workshop (www.historyMOS.com) is now open. The HiMOS seminar series promotes historical methods in management and organization studies and provides a space to workshop history-informed papers aimed at publication in leading management journals. We warmly invite you to join our event in Jyväskylä!
Call for Papers and Participation: Submit your abstract via this form (DL: April 30).
Those selected to the program will be personally notified by early-May. Deadline for the submission of full papers will be two weeks before the event.
Location: Jyväskylä, Finland
Date: June 8 - June 9, 2026
Day 1 (Monday) 12:00 – 16:00: Optional pre-seminar workshop for “early-draft” papers @ Viilu + dinner in the evening
Day 2 (Tuesday) 10:00 – 16:00: Full-day workshop event @ Harmooni
Keynote Speaker: Marcelo Bucheli (University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign)
Presentation: “The Corporation as a Political Actor in History”
