On the Hoff and management conferences.

We are in the middle of conference season. While I have been to, and posted about, some great panels, where “the best people to talk about the topic” invariably included men and women (because, duh!), the sad truth remains that in 2024 that is by no means always the case. I won't be posting about, or promoting, any events like this here. Big management conferences may have EDI/DEI policies and occasionally pick inclusivity as a conference theme, but none of this appears to have stopped male-only panels.
